I am sooo excited for my 12th birthday party. My birthday is on April 1st, and I will have a sleepover on Friday March 31. The theme of my party is an international sleepover! IŠm having seven
of my closest friends over at 5 pm, and we will have an absolute blast. In my dining room will be America, which will be decorated with posters of the American Flag, and posters of sports
stars in football, soccer, and basketball. On the table there will be an American Flag tablecloth, and there will be hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza, soda, and popcorn. This is obviously where we
will be having dinner. After dinner my mom will clear the table and we will have a paper football championship. Next stop will be Greece (also known as my backyard) where there will be a
picnic table with yummy Greek foods, like spinach triangles and baklava. Then we will have our very own olympics! Our games will include discus throwing (frisbee) running races, basketball,
and hopefully some soccer! After our stay in Greece, my friends and I will hit Mexico (or maybe somewhere in the basement...) where we will enjoy some chips and salsa before having a good old
game of pinata! The basement will be decorated with some sombreros, and red, yellow, and green streamers, and my mom has this great CD of mexican music to play on the radio. After Mexico,
weŠll go to our last stop, the family room! er..i mean Australia. It will be decorated with cardboard kangaroos and crocs. We will have a fun hopping contest, and then play pin the teeth on
the croc! WeŠll top off our world tour with a delicious peice of Vanilla Slice, a yummy Australian cake. After that journey we sure will be tired! WeŠll snuggle down in sleeping bags and
watch movies and talk until we canŠt keep our eyes open any longer! In the morning weŠll have muffins, bagels, donuts, orange juice, and milk. WeŠll go back downstairs and watch TV and talk
until 10, when we have to start getting dressed and packing up. My friends will have to leave at 10:30, and I will have celebrated a great birthday with my buds, and better yet, it will be
April 1!!! IŠll have another party to look forward to that night with my family!
