During the christmas holidays my friends and i wanted something fun to do. So i decided to have a party. but then i realised that it couldn't be more than 12 people because i'd just had a big bash. So i thought about it and decided to ahve a kind of dinner party thing. What i did was this: i made a guest list and decided to have a theme. The theme was countries of the world. So then i chose 12 countries (1 for every person at the party including myself) and assigned one to each guest. I then found a recipe from that country. on the invitations i said that everyone should bring a game or activity as well as some food from there country. We had a really cool dinner party and played lots of new awesome games. Everyone came dressed up in the traditional costume from there country so it was really cool. If you're going to have a party like this here are osme things you need to remember:1) tell everyone to bring a change of clothes because some of the outfits are hard to muck around in. 2) allow enough eating time and allow time to just chill. have a rough plan of what you are going to do, but just go with the flow it's more fun that way. 3) give people a country that they have no connections to so that they learn new stuff about another culture. try not to offend anyone. 4) and last of all have a great time. use groovy decorations like oil lamps, funky plates and cups, ice buckets, candlabras, roovy serviettes, use your imagination. HAVE FUN!!!!!!
