Food and Snack Ideas

I found this recipe in a magazine, and I thought it would make a great alternative if you didn't want to serve the traditional cake at your party.

Here's what you need: A package of sugar cookie dough (the kind wrapped and shaped like a big hot dog), Cool Whip, and your choice of fruit- strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc.

Now, here's what you do: Press the cookie dough flat into a pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread tons of Cool Whip over the top- just like pizza sauce!

Cut up pieces of your favorite fruits and decorate the top of your pizza".

The more fruit you use the funkier it looks! It's very yummy and the fruit is a healty refreshing change to the usual sugar-infested cake and frosting.

Plus it's original and unique- how many parties have you been to with a tutti-frutti pizza?

Not many I'm sure. It'll be memorable to you and your friends! Have fun at your party! :)"
