Mall Scavenger Party -11yr- Puzzle Clues

We did a mall scavenger hunt for my daughter's 11th birthday party.  It is a lot a work, but well worth it.  Be sure to call the mall or any stores that are involved since some of the store I spoke to could not participate. I also had to get permission from some store for taking pictures of their stuff (weird I know, but they are very particular).  

All the girls were dropped off at the same entrance we would be having dinner at after the hunt (the restaurant is attached to the mall).  Upon their arrival they had to pick a bracelett out of a bag in order to determine which team they were on.  The elimated any moaning and hurt feeling fighting over teams.  There were 3 teams of 4 and each team had a parent to supervise.  We walked 10 feet behind them and just ensured they were not reaking havoc on the mall.  We were also there to ensure they received the clues in correct order and that all the tasks were completed correctly with no cheating.  Here are some things we are doing..mind you we are in Canada so some of the stores won`t work for some people.  

Every team (I had 3 teams of 4) is getting a blank t-shirt and some fabric markers. They need to get 5 strangers to write a birthday wish and sign it the catch there are certain people they are looking for: 1. A brunette 2. A blonde 3. A person pushing a stroller 4. A person wearing running shoes 5. And somebody wearing a baseball cap. Afterwards I am having the each team also sign the shirt.   They will also have a list of bonus points:

BONUS POINTS EACH ONE IS WORTH 1-3 POINTS AND CAN BE DONE AT ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE GAME.  AT LEAST 3 TEAM MEMBERS PICTURED WITH THE MAN HANGING FROM THE CEILING ABOVE THE FOOD COURT IN THE BACKGROUND.  PRICE LIST FROM A HAIR OR NAIL SALON  A DISCARDED RECEIPT TOTALLING OVER $5.00  A MAGAZINE (THE FREE ONES YOU OFTEN FIND AT DRUGSTORES, MUSIC STORE, THEATRES ECT). REMEMBER IT'S FREE!  PAPER NAPKINS EACH WITH A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT LOGOS ON THEM.  EACH NAPKIN IS WORTH 1 POINT.  DISCOUNT COUPON  CREDIT CARD APPLICATION  FAST FOOD MENU  THE SPECIAL AT EAST SIDE MARIOS  ANSWER: _____________________________________   HERE ARE THE LIST OF CLUES/RIDDLES I AM USING. I did not make them too difficult since I want them to be able and get a bunch done within the time limit. 

CLUE: Come and have a treat with the QUEEN. ANSWER: Dairy Queen 

CLUE: My direction is found on a map, a number between 1 and 50 follows that.  ANSWER: West 49 

CLUE: I'm found in a mouth in between some people's two front teeth, but the clothes in this store are very cool and some are unique. ANSWER: GAP 

CLUE: I'm buried underground and attached to a plant or tree, I help to feed it and ensure it gets what it needs. ANSWER: Roots 

CLUE: Looking for some mall information or need to borrow a stroller; where would you go? ANSWER: Customer Service 

CLUE: The clothes in this store are EXPLOSIVE ANSWER: Dynamite 

CLUE: ENDEASR ANSWER: ARDENES 

CLUE: Where in the world can I buy some good music around here? ANSWER: Music World 

CLUE: HET DYOB HSPO Here is where I will go if I want to smell yummy. ANSWER: The Body Shop 

CLUE: The sewing machine will use these to make sure your clothes don't fall apart. ANSWER: Stitches 

CLUE: The 8th, 13th, and 22nd letter from the alphabet will help you to solve this clue. ANSWER: HMV 

CLUE: A Castle? Please if we lived in France it would be called one of these. (Be sure to remember those French classes you have taken when solving this clue) ANSWER: Le Chateau 

Once they solve the clue they need to do a task at that particular store. It could be anything from taking a picture posing just like the manequin, getting a business card, telling me what`s on the sale table, all the girls taking a picture with a different hat on, getting a job application and so on and so on..LOL  Hope this was of some help to you.
