Animal Cracker Party 1yr. old My son loves to eat animal crackers so for his first birthday we decided to throw him a animal cracker party. for invitation i had the animal cracker box scanned. in the front we removed all the cookie information and added that our son ian was turing one. in the back we added all the additional information. for decorations i went to target and bought the board game (which came with the enlarged animal cookie boxes, and the game pieces: plastic animal cookies and animal cards). i used the game boxes for the centerpiece and added a inflatable animal (i ordered it from oriental trading company). i added red, blue and yellow balloons all around the house, even the tablecloths were that color. for the cake i had my sons picture (he was holding the a large 1) printed onto the cake and i placed two cracker boxes around it. i even used the glad animal face plates to serve the cake. in the grab bags i added a animal cracker box and different types of small animal novelties. i also added the plastic cookie with each of the childrens name, and a few of the playing cards.  we had such a good time and it was so easy to put this party together.
